Educational Opportunity Center Low-income, first generation Citizen, permanent resident Adults, ages 19 and over, high school dropout, high school graduate, postsecondary dropout, potential postsecondary transfer
Summer Scholars Component Low-income, first generation Citizen, permanent resident Completing 10th - 11th grades
Summer Middle School Engineering/Computer Component Low-income, first generation Citizen, permanent resident Completing 6th - 8th grades
COE/GE Fund Male Involvement Program Low-income, first generation Citizen, permanent resident 9th or 10th grade males at Norman Thomas High School
