HARLEM CENTER FOR EDUCATION'S

The Harlem Center for Education's Educational Opportunity Center was implemented in the Fall of 2002 through a U.S. Department of Education's Federal TRIO grant.  The Center works with adults wishing to complete their high school education and encourages them as well as others to apply for and enroll in postsecondary institutions.

Some of the FREE services the Educational Opportunity Center provides are:

Age
Must be 19 years old or older
Citizenship Must be a US citizen, permanent resident, or present proof of having applied for permanent residency
Income Must be low-income, first generation college
